Only countries with an enabled shipping zone for the particular drop can be selected. International availability does not mean every country is served. No particular carrier, dispatch origin or DDP/DAP status is specified without confirmation.
Costs and charges
For new simplified campaigns, delivery is included in the published pack price for the countries expressly authorised for that drop. Selecting another country does not create a shipping entitlement. Checkout adds no shipping surcharge for authorised destinations. Existing orders retain their agreed conditions. Import costs and responsibility for them must be determined and disclosed before enabling an affected destination.
Preorders and production
Valid paid units are reconciled after the deadline. A successful campaign proceeds to coordinated production; failure or cancellation leads to a full refund. The particular drop must state its production and delivery schedule; no universal production duration is invented here.
Delivery dates and delays
The delivery window communicated and agreed before contracting applies. Statutory delivery deadlines apply unless otherwise validly agreed. Material delays are communicated, and statutory rights to performance, an appropriate additional period or termination remain. There is no general permission to postpone an agreed date indefinitely.
Delivery and transport risk
In consumer sales, the seller generally bears risk until delivery to the consumer or their nominated third party other than the carrier. Statutory exceptions, such as a carrier independently appointed by the consumer and not offered by the seller, remain. A dispatch status is not actual delivery.
Damage, loss and tracking
Tracking is provided where available. Report visible damage or missing delivery promptly so the seller can investigate with the shipping partner. Not reporting immediately does not remove mandatory conformity rights.
Returns
Voluntary returns following withdrawal go to the Linz business address under the withdrawal policy. For defects, the seller organises statutory remedies including necessary costs.
