Do I need to have a design ready?
No. We can start with just your idea or your brand identity. If you already have a logo, a mascot or references, you can attach them in the form.
Can you create a mascot from scratch?
Yes. Designing an original character or mascot is part of what we do. The scope and rights are agreed in each project.
What is the minimum quantity?
It depends on the product, the material and the process. We confirm it with the manufacturer for each project; the quantities in the form only help us understand your need.
Can I produce a limited edition?
Yes. We can plan editions for an event, a campaign or a specific period. The scope of exclusivity is set in each project.
Which materials do you use?
We initially work with acrylic, wood and bamboo, textiles and embroidery, and flexible PVC. Each material is proposed according to its technical feasibility for your design.
How long does a project take?
It depends on complexity, materials and quantity. We give you an estimated timeline in the proposal, once we have studied your project.
Can I ask for a prototype?
Where it makes sense, we propose a sample or prototype before production. Its availability and conditions are defined in the proposal.
Who owns the design rights?
It is set in writing in each project, before production: who may use the design and with what scope of exclusivity.
Can you work with advertising agencies?
Yes. We collaborate with agencies and event organisers project by project, and white-label production is agreed case by case.
Do you ship internationally?
We coordinate delivery as agreed in each project. Destinations and costs are confirmed in the proposal.
