KEEP IT CLEAR
Straightforward
answers.
What to know before supporting a presale collection.
How does a presale work?
In a real campaign, choose a pack and reserve it. If the minimum orders are reached at closing, the collection moves into production. This demo does not accept reservations.
What if the goal is not reached?
The product does not enter production. Check the real campaign for cancellation and refund terms and timing. No money is charged here.
When is it made and shipped?
After the goal is confirmed. The reference illustrates 4–6 weeks of production; this is not a confirmed schedule. Real dates must come from each campaign.
How is quality ensured?
The final process and quality controls depend on each product and supplier. Confirm the real details before buying.
Can I change my shipping address?
That depends on the order status. After shipping, some changes may no longer be available. This demo does not modify real orders.
